As you can see in our organization's name " Refractory And Steels Skilled Workers Coop Association (RASSCA) , we aim to train high skilled workers in field of manufacturing, construction, refractory and steel industry. Our mission is to support the enhancement of the young generations who will shape the world of future industry. Any corporate owners who would agree with our policy are welcome to join the association.
RASSCA started accepting foreign TITP interns in January 2019. Nowadays for organizations in construction industry, finding qualified workers is always a problem. The newly introduced “Specified Skilled Worker” since April 2019 is designed to supply the shortage of workforce in Japan. In construction industry, completion of the Technical Intern Training (ii) is one of the requirements to apply for Specified Skilled Workers visa. The importance of the technical internship system continue to increase in future as a measure to cover domestic manpower shortage and to inherit work skills.
The role of steel industry in infrastructural and overall economic development is critical, and precisely procured refractory jobs are vital in safe operation of iron and steel production.

We would like to co-work with professional companies with high standard of workmanship, to cultivate human resources that would benefit their future business.
We also wish all of our TIT interns to take home the knowledge, attitude and practice of Japanese industrial safety standard for construction industries to improve worker's health and safety in their home country. "Can foreign workers obey corporate rules like Japanese workers? ", " Will they understand our safety measures? " These are common concerns that many business owners have about accepting TITP interns.
Candidates of Technical Intern Program must undergo 3-4 months of intensive training on Japanese language and culture. Also for first month of their arrival, TITP trainees are required to study Japanese for one month Intensively. We provide intensive classes on basic Japanese language, basic living skills, as well as Japanese language for industrial accident prevention and safety measures in construction industry. By combining Safety management training with Japanese classes, we ensure our TITP trainees to be thoroughly educated as standard Japanese workers if not more so.
Throughout our program we wish to dedicate to Japan's internationalization by supporting technological and cultural exchanges of young generations in Asian countries, cultural exchange, mutual understanding and ensuring their work environment.
